Saint Paul’s Chapel
In 2018, The Grenadier Corporation set out to replace the roof and restore the exterior of Saint Paul’s Chapel at Columbia University. This work was integral to the well-being of the building’s interior. This work included restoring stained glass, traditional terra cotta tiles, and brickwork.
Columbia University Jerome L Green Science Center
Columbia University’s Jerome L Green Science Center is home to vital research, so any work completed on this building has to be done with the utmost care. For this project, the university wanted its two smokestacks stripped and repainted. The high temperature of the stacks required additional caution. We installed pipe staging, grinded off the paint, and repainted the smokestacks without issue.
